I get a call from 971-220-1388 to my business every so often. I never picked up the call, the answering machine turns on, and a message is never left. I'm in PA as well. It looks like this company or whatever is targeting random numbers in PA or something. I wish they would stop.
I've considering calling my phone company and asking them to change our phone numbers and fax numbers as we've been having 1 too many spammers and whatnot. Some even send us faxes. I send them serious sounding notices informing them to stop faxing us since we didn't request any information nor are we interested in whatever they're selling.
I have our phone numbers and fax numbers listed on the Do Not Call list yet they still call and fax. I hope that the FBI or FCC..whoever.. actually comes to this website and goes through and finds these people who are wasting their time, and ultimately worse, my time.

These people want to switch the electric service. When I told her to stop calling me she replied that there is no way to put me on a no call list. I told if they call me again i'm going to send her the bill. So much for that no call list that I registered my number to. Our wonderfull government hard at work again. My next phone call is the ICC.
