I finally answered this call after receiving multiple call all yesterday. The have heavy accents but give American sounding names. They say they are from Portland Oregon and that they work for "Student Services" I asked for more information and all they would say is that they were there to assist getting financial aid for returning to school. Now I have recently inquired into a number of schools from across the state, but these people aren't from a particular school. Unfortunately, I had a migraine all day and could barely pick up the phone, let alone gather more info. I told them to call me back today and I will ask more questions. I am suspicious and will report any findings here for anyone interested.
Just called them back, machine answered and offered an option to be placed in their "do-not call list." So if they keep [***] with you just call them back and press 1.
