Who called from 9712201825

I am on multiple no-call lists but 9712201825 continues to call.

I'm in St. Louis, but 9712201825, Pactel in Oregon, continues to call me... Four calls so far today, and it's barely after 11 am my time. No messages left. Complete harrassment.

They called my cell but didn't answer when I said hello.

I get calls from this number about every 20 minutes starting 8am til usually 8pm. They have never left a message and when I decline the call they will call right back immediately. Its extremely annoying!!!!

This number has been calling repeatedly.  I finally answered and someone asked to speak to my son who is graduating from high school.  She told me she was from student services and wanted to speak to him about college programs. I told her he has already committed to a university so she hung up.
