Who called from 9712280803

they call me about 3 times a day and leave a message with nothing on it. I try to call back and the number is disconnected

I am also receiving calls from 971-228-0803. I do not know who is using this number to contact me. My return calls ring through but are disconnected from the other end after several rings.

I called back and they would not tell me why they called. Got a real attitude from the operator.

i get a ton of phone calls from this number all the time then i get disconnected. It's driving me nuts.
