I am also receiving calls from 971-228-0803. I do not know who is using this number to contact me. My return calls ring through but are disconnected from the other end after several rings.
This number calls me numerous times a day...finally today I've had it...called them and told them my number...told them I am on the DO NOT CALL list and to STOP immediately! So we shall see.
