number comes up restricted. when you answer is tells you to press 1 for English, then puts you on hold. hung up.

Got a call today.  They left no message.  Caller id shows "Portland OR".

Same as everyone who commented. I just let it go to the answering machine and nothing happened. They and others are pests. Is that what you call modern technology, where we are subject to machines and can't do anything about it ?
