I have received calls from this number, but nobody speaks.  Could it be a prank call?

I do not know anybody of my acquaintances that has this telephone number. Nobody speaks when I say hello who is calling?

12/11 9:06 PST At least 3rd call from this number and don't know anyone in Oregon.  Recorded voice saying "Hello, this is Brent" and then, are you there?  This stupid thing is talking to my voicemail.

12/11 12:07 PST Called twice in 3 hrs.  This time ID reads  MRTG, just don't get it!  How do they change ID? and why even bother.

12/12 11:26  PST This is starting to get pretty old.  and why do I seem to be the only reporting this nuisance #?
