Called for the owner, after I asked who was calling BTI Manufacturing...lol. I recognized the number from a previous call they made here yesterday. From the sounds of reading everyone's posts here tho, they make up a name of a company that may pertain to your area of business. Gatekeepers rock....keep on communicating I love to read these and know what I am up against for their next call. They make it sound like you should be worried that they may be a potential customer, and will get you in trouble for not getting their call through. I have been receiving calls daily at my place of business from 971.259.0602 from a woman named Darcelle for approximately 2 weeks now. She always wants to speak to the owner, and while I have already communicated that I am the "gatekeeper" and to collect whatever information she wishes to convey, she keeps calling back (it's amazing). Today, I firmly insisted that she stop calling and wasting my time, and that if this is such an important matter for the owner that she notify him in writing as he is never in the office. She maintains that she can't as she represents another party and became quite confrontational, asking questions such as, "does the owner share all of his personal information with me" and "will I be in tomorrow morning"? Gee, I wonder what tomorrow will bring - a gorilla at our doorstep?

called and just wanted to speak with business owner, wouldn't give me any info wouldn't leave a message, just wanted to call back. when i told her she needed to tell me why she was calling she hung up on me.
Wow, absolute [***] of a guy. He was just called our support line and asked the name of the owner. Asked him if the owner was expecting his call, just said he was "following up a call." Told him the owner doesn't usually take calls through this line, and if he let me know what he was calling about...
Oh wait no, I got interrupted. He started verbally berating me, practically calling me a pathetic worthless lump of a human being that he was absolutely shocked was allowed to speak to people over the phone, and continued on that vein, until we hung up on each other.
Jerk.
