Who called from 9713130560

So he asked me for my mailing address to receive my check!!! So I am waiting for a response back to see!! But don't be alarmed I am fare from stupid.

This same scam artist just tried this on a friend of mine. I don't have all the info from her yet, but did see a couple emails...word for word the same as posted here!! I am hoping she didn't give him too much information. Anyway, I am not sure your local D.A. can help you. This is an email/money fraud scam. If the D.A. doesn't give you any direction, try starting with the FBI at the website below. I have a few theories on what he is doing, but best to leave it up to the fbi! If I get enough infor from my friend I am going to contact them as well!

Glad I found this site. I responded to his add and got all the same e-mails. I tried to search just on his name but had no luck till he finally sent his #. I knew something was off about it besides that it seemed to good to be true. I'd still really like to know what his point is, if you get the check and cash it does he ask for the money back or something. It's not like he got any info from me that will do him any good, nothing that can't be gotten with a basic search anyway. It's good whatever his trick is as I usually have no trouble spotting the usual scams a mile off. Thanks!

WOW,i just recieved a check from this guy.I knew from looking at it that it was a fake! DO NOT cash or even deal with this Micheal Lyon aka [email protected] (971)313-0560. He is a SCAM artist be VERY leary!!!!! I was from the start, everyone beware of him PLEASE!!!!!!!

I just recieved a check from him,and i am going to do the samething!!!!  Maybe something will get done about this guy. He is just trying to scam people out of money,he told me that after i cash the check to let him know because his aunt sandra and his father Danny may need some money to move over here!!!! Yeah,right how stupid does he think people are anyway??? The check he sent  was from Mastercard and it has a bogus bakn account,and the check number does not match,it was printed off of a computer and he even misspelled the bank name!!! which is HE Bank OF NEW YORK MELLO that is how he printed it the correct name is HE Bank Of NEW YORK MELLON,which is a finance company.Also,the routing number was only 6 digits it 's supposed to be 9.!!!So,everyone please be carefull IF you recieve a check from this guy take it to the DA in your city,i know i am!!!!
