Who called from 9713287243

The number called my cell phone but did not leave any message.  I highly suspect it is another scam/solicitation call.

The call came in on my business number on a Saturday afternoon, so I answered it like a business call.  Nobody there.  What a waste of my time and theirs.

It was a call on personal call at 9:29, Monday am.  No message left.  I've booked the number.

Received call from this number today. Only rang twice. Have also received a call from 0000000000 and four calls with No Caller ID today. Times from 10:59 am until 7:07 pm so far.

When this phone number showed up on my caller ID it looked suspicious so I did not take the call. waited a few minutes and call the number back and it rained multiple times but nobody would answer nor did they leave me a message so I am going to bookmark this phone number as a scammer.
