My jaw nearly hit the floor. First call from them in nearly 4 years.

Is the DNC registry broken?

This number just called me, the Caller Id said "Doll Nursey" I laughed and did not answer. They called my landline and left no voicemail.

This number has called numerous times.  I do not pick up.  I do not know who they are.

received a call from this number, it is a scam for sure, I pressed 1 and when I got the individual on the phone I asked for company name, he stated it was " Card Services", I said well the caller ID says Doll Nursery, I got no response, I asked where they were located, he said Hawaii, funny the Area Code is Oregon. I asked for company address and he hung up.
