I have received calls from this number and dialing tells me that it is a little out of order, I want to know where or if they are playing a joke on me my line telephony

This number shows up on my cell phone and home phone on a regular basis. This number is a total scam

is there a # i can call to block this number from calling me?  they call twice a day in the morning! when i answer they hang up i have called back and the number is disconnected.

ask them to remove your number they will..then also put your number on the national do not call list..
