Pain in the butt...no message left repeat calls

I am sick of this number calling 4 to 7 times a day, never leaving a message! Please stop calling!!!

This number calls several times a day (sometimes back to back) and does not leave messages.  As others have said, when I attempt to call back, I receive a recording stating,  "There is no one available to take your call. Goodbye."
