I had the same number leave the same message and when i called to dispute and asked for the name of the firm they were represneting they referred to a o connel and associate law firm but would not disclose an address to the firm ( policy) when i asked for contact information for the county DA's office to investigate the claim.  The informed me that whom ever I contacted could call the call center at 412-346-1323 to speak to an abitrator and not an attorney.  The last number was in pittsburg, PA and the original was in oregon.
