Got a phone call from this number. I didn't answer it. Tried calling it back since there wasn't a voicemail and it didn't even ring, just said "this number is no longer in service". Auto dialers and phishing scams really need to go away.

It was an unwanted sales call for auto insurance.

Says my phone setting won't let me call this number back . Prob a telemarketer

National Insurance Foundation...doesn't appear in a Google search..
