This HAS to be a scam. I do NOT have Verizon, and got a call from that number. Newark. Did not answer. They no message. It is so simple folks. If you don't know the number ... DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. If it's legit, or someone you really know .. they will leave a message.
I got calls from this number telling me I owed money bc I forgot to pay my bill. I went to Verizon, paid my bill and got another call from this number thanking me for paying my bill. I assume it's legit.
This isn't a scam. Verizon contracts out their debt collections.this company calls persons close to payment time or when late and directs them to Verizon financial services. This is NOT a scam, but annoying none the less.
