Caller called at 10:11am on 8/2/14. Did not answer, no caller ID. Left no message. Set up caller-block on this number and labeled it SPAM, based on these prior reports. Thanks. My number is on the federal Do Not Call list.

Called my cell and I answered but the language was not english so I hung up.  I'm sorry but this is America.  If you call an American, learn to speak my launguage or don't bother me.  Call is now blocked.

215 area code here too and they keep calling

Answered and a strange voice asked if they can borrow some sugar

DO NOT call the number back. Good chance that it is a scam that will charge extra for calls to this number
