Who called from 2010100001

Got this weird text-message from what appears to be a spoofed telephone-number.
Figured I would flag it as I rarely got these kind of calls/messages.

Edit: The number was typed out a little too fast. **1-210-010-0001**

I just got the same message. Luckily my understands when you travel to a foreign country your phone gets added to a spam list as soon as you enter  the network. This  seems to be originating from Turkey. All I did was add it to my spam phone numbers... so far so good...
