Obvious scam of some sort. Don't know of any legitimate phone exchanges that begin with "0". CID only stated New Jersey. A call back using *67 gets disconnected after about 16 seconds...it never rings, no busy signal, just dead air. Oh well, number now blocked from ever bothering me again.
I answered and heard nothing but background voices like in a call center. Told the dumbasses never to call me again and I was reporting them. Interrupt my sleep again I dare ya. I work nights!
