Who called from 2011830626

Just received call from "Shaw" or "Sun" Communications". He had a strong accent and I couldn't understand him very well.Said he was my service provider and he was receiving error messages from my internet. Funny thing. I don't have an internet provider.  I offered to let me talk with our IT guy and he hung up.

continues to call back until you answer, then..... no one there

I keep getting calls from this number when i call back its a busy signal  its comes in between 9pm an 10 pm

Just got a call from this number. Nobody there when I answer.
