I just received a similar call on my voicemail. The caller was "Kevin Johnson". I believe this is the same person that goes by "Kevin Taybor" that I hit a couple months ago, except he was calling from "fraud investigation" or something like that. He became very obnoxious when I would neither confirm nor deny anything he was asking and I started asking for his information. I ignored his calls bc they stopped by the end of the day. Both times the caller was initially asking for a "Christina", but I think he got MY name from my voicemail greeting
I recieved the same call with a Message from a Gentlemen with an Indian Accent telling me he was from Capitol One and I had been approvded for 10k loan via thier on line loan application. I did not fill anything out and I am and will continue to ignore these calls and delete the message. I also put a fraud alert on my credit to be sure any new Credit requires a call to my phone number and in person ID Check.
We are a Family abuse shelter and this caller is using our hotline number to contact us. It needs to stop immediately. This number is used for families who are need of shelter or in danger.
This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling. YOU have to take action to do that! (google is your friend). Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

I have been receiving calls from this numbers & 844-232-7740 claiming to be from Capital One & have been approved for a $10,000 loan which I have never applied for so I knew this was a scam. It was the same voice I received calls from last month trying to scam me out of $865.45 saying he was the head of the State Police and I was being charged with internet fraud and if I paid the charges would go away using the name Kevin Parker. So be aware of anyone calling you with a middle eastern accent they are scammers.
