This number is from a Spanish guy Central American to be exact he calls the store pretending to be a worker on a Spanish grocery saying that he needs to make a money transaction (moneygram) over the phone that he will arrive shortly with the money, upon denying the transaction he gets mad and start cursing and treating people he's under investigation

Telling me I won$ 400,000  says he is from the IRS wants me to cash a check for $4,500 to pay the tax on my $400,000 winnings. His name was Dr. James King.  The first call was a Spanish speaking person who then passed it on to this guy.
Said he also works with the Attorney Generals office in New Jersey, and the IRS.
