Around 6 wks ago I misspelled youtube.com. I was directed to a website that looked like a youtube web page. It stated that I was the 100,000th visitor and I have the option of completing a survey to win a prize. I completed the surgery and gave my email address, phone no and address. Since than I've been getting multiple phone calls from different companies. Most of them sound foreign with european-middle eastern-indian accents. Somehow this company has gotten a hold of your no and is now making multiple calls throughout the day.
Its a phon call form a compeny asking i f someone had a surgry in the family, the keep calling from diffrent number, i think its a compeny located out of the states, they have heavy accent and no abilty to answer any of my ques, like they reading a script.
Got the same call twice today. Asked if I ever have vaginal mesh implant, or if any of my children have. Called from 2 different numbers. When I started asking questions like how they new my name or how they got my number the guy who clearly struggled with his english abruptly hung up. Now I am on a mission to find out the who, what, and where of this call.
same situation as others have stated above...indian sounding fellow asking if i've had vaginal surgery or if i have any children, but gives no details and won't answer questions about who he works for and how he got my information. hung up on me when i kept asking questions and telling him i was uncomfortable giving out personal info like that over the phone to someone i don't know.
Do any of you have Independence Blue Cross insurance or another form of Blue Cross Insurance also? I am wondering if it is related to my health insurance.
