getting thse calls every day. caller id says southern prog. I am on the do not call list. does this not mean anything anymore??? are thse companies/telemarketers above the law? how can we get them to STOP? can we institute some sort of class action claim against them? i am also getting daily unsolicited calls from another "unknown name", (different number). these started around second week of jan. i feel this is an invasion of MY privacy!!!
i just got a call yesterday and just now i dont answer because i dont know who this is. they never leave a message and the phone rings 4 times and then that is it. It already is annoying
I get this annoying call every evening around 6:00 ... I do not pick up, hoping that will discourage the other end, but it does not. This call has been occurring almost six months straight. Since the DO NOT CALL LIST is not working, and the local phone company cannot seem to make it stop, I am about to disconnect phone service all together. I am beyond weary of the 800, 866 and the 201 calls that are ignoring the DO NOT CALL LIST, which I am now believing does not work.
