This number called twice a day for the last three days. We don't answer calls from people/numbers we don't know, so I don't know what they're trying to scam us on, but it's probably the same as those listed before. All my numbers are on the National Do Not Call List, but one number gets lots of random calls I assume are illegal solicitations, because they always hang up before voicemail picks up.
UPDATE! I called 201-215-1707. Ziff Davis (a publisher of magazines and online media) said they were calling with an offer for a subscription renewal to one of their magazines. It was automated, and directed me to call their customer service at 1-800-711-3479. I called this number and "Dial America" customer service answered (I assume this is the marketing team that Ziff Davis hired). Anyhow, I told them that I had no subscriptions, and that I would like them to remove my number from their calling list. They said no problem.
