got this call today, actually every day, decided to answer it. It is for a dish satelite service. they do not give you the option of removeing your name from their list. Pushing one gets a person who asks if you want service. I said I wanted to be on the do not call list. they hung up on me.
Just received a call from this number (and noticed it had called last night while I was home). The call was an automated recording saying they were calling from a satellite company to offer service with free premiums and DVR. I tried pressing 3 to be removed from the list, but nothing happened.
these flipping people call me two or three times a day, they never pick up and talk to me. I have signed up for the no call on my number to no avail. What can we do to stop this crap?
Got a call from this number that I answered (I don't have any credit issues). There was an automated message saying it was a satellite TV company and offering free installation in my area today...and went on to mention DVR and if you don't know what DVR is, then press 1 to talk to customer service. I did that then an operator asked if I was calling to get free dish installation. I said "No, but I would like my number to be removed from their calling list." Then she just hung up.
