They call and hang up after 3 rings. Obviously want you to call them back and have you bear the cost of the phone call

I answer call, and no sound on line, just dead air.. caller ID reports Washington, DC Could be like others have said it could be a callback scam...just annoying caller.
Missed call but caller left voicemail message to ring back. Caller talked fast claimed to be from Offshore Pharmacy. How do they get peoples mobile number. Obviously selling ED meds for men.
