i received a call from this number and when I answered no one said anything. I called back and its some education center wanting you to further your education. They take your number from sites such as careerbuilder.com, indeed.com, monster.com or any othe job board sites. I've gotten many of these calls from various numbers, they never say anything when you answer!
Even I got a call from this number and it got cut in the second ring. When I called back it went to a IVR service saying that it is a Education expert service.
This number called me after I posted my resume for a job on a site called CareerGuru. I answered the phone but they said nothing.
I call it back and found out it was some Education service. The guy answered the phone with a very thick accent and acted as if he couldn't hear me/understand me when I told him not to call again.
