I am receiving phone calls from this number and then they hang up when I say hello.
I DO NOT want them to call me ever again. I have asked them to remove my name and
number from their list. But I still get calls.
Today I called them and held on for the operator then I was disconnected.
received a call about 12:30 today-caller told me I was paying too much for electric supplied-said they have lowest rates in country. Wants to call back later to discuss my bill.
If you call back you need an agent number to get through. They state you can dial 0 to speak to an operator but each time (4Xs) I tried, it disconnects. SO..I looked up their website http://www.rescomenergy.com/contact.php and got another phone number to call, got dumped into a mailbox, but left them a heated message telling them to: 1. Fix their phone system so we can get to Customer Svs and 2. Takenmy number off their call list 3. That I was going to report them as I am on the Do Not Call List. What prompted this is that the lady hung up on me when I was not going to speak to her about changing providers. You can also send an email that I will do also.
*** UPDATE *** This is NOT the Rescom Energy in NJ. This is some fradulant campany calling. I left a msg on Rescom's VM and a VERY NICE gentlmen called me back trying to figure out what was going on as he is receiving like 60 angry calls a day beause of this company. When you call the number, a greeting says you've reached the "Enrollment center for Rescom Energy" it is NOT. I told him I'd back him up if need be and will keep the date, time, and number that called me. I'm also reporting it to NJ Do Not Call Complaint system with my details. So, please be advised this is NOT Rescom Energy in Paramus, NJ. Diane
