This number may be associated with a bank scam to steal your money.    My bank received a request to wire money from my account to overseas, and at the same time my phone company (Verizon) received a request (and honored it) to forward my phone number to this number.      Had my bank phoned to verify the wire transfer, the call would have gone to this number, not to me!
