Got a call from this company today - he was very threatening with lawsuits, at end of message he said may god help you - no collection company does this that I know of
THIS IS A SCAM. They may have your information, but they are fishing when they ask you about it, and use scare tactics in order to get money out of their victims. BE AWARE!! They would not mail me anything, and gave me very little information about them. This is a scam for sure. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. I called the FBI and reported them. You should do the same.
Just cause they have some information on you, doesn't mean they have all the information they need. Don't EVER BE CAUGHT WITH YOUR GUARD DOWN. Internet scammers are always looking for ways to get some easy cash. Using fear is one of the easiest. Just be careful, don't get scammed.
They also gave me 2 different company names, one was left on my voice mail, the other, was given to me by a VERY Idia-n accent, 'BRIAN DAVIS' which is a very AMERICAN name.........MMMmmmmm
