i just started receiving these calls, strange thing was, some lady asked for me by name. i pretended not to hear and hung up. 20 mins later they attempted again, this time they hung up. same story...i call to see who it is and all customer service agents are busy.
I called this number back and the recording does not say the company name and says to press 1 for customer service, then says representatives are busy and takes you back to main menu. Very weird. They do not leave messages either. I chose option 2 to be placed on their do not call list. I stilll have no idea what company it is.
They call me like 3 times a day, I don't know who they are, I usually can't understand them, definitely some sketchy stuff going on. And annoying your best bet is to block their number
I get over five calls from this number during night time and when I answer my phone, the caller simply hangs up. Whenever I call back, a machine answers and when I click on an option to speak to a representative, it says that all reps are busy and to try another option and then terminates the call.
Not only is this annoying, it is very unprofessional and unsolicited. Whoever is doing this must get sued. I have so many call records from this number and it needs to stop.
