I suspected right away that it was a ruse to get into my computer, so I asked several leading questions until the caller, a female with a thick European (?) accent hung up mid-sentence. I've had similar calls before, usually from someone with an Asian accent. My son, a computer expert, advises to disconnect such calls immediately -- they'll get the message!
Please do something about these people. I get calls all the time! They say they are calling from windows security. They used to say Dell. I reported them to Dell and they keep coming!!
