Call everyday

I blocked that number with  T-Mobiles Family Allowances  no more calls

This number calls me everyday, a few times a day, but doesn't say anything, call identifier says Jersey City.  I tried *69 to return the call and find out who it is and it won't connect.

I  get  this  call  &  when  I  answer,  the  person  on  the  other  ends,  hangs  up.

this company keeps calling and hangs up on me. calls several times a day every day. I am on the do not call list and they still call. never get anyone on the other end. caller i.d. says jersey city NJ
