Unknown call from robocall source. Most calls come in with a city/state and a number that does not exist. The ones that come from "Rachel" at Card member services" originate from a company owned by a guy named Pete Turpel in California. He has been charged by the FTC for violating the do-not call act. He has pled not guilty claiming someone (in his family) is using his company name without permission. If I had a family member that was costing me thousands in defense lawyers and face 6-7 digit fines and jail time, I think he could get them to stop. The company name is Sonkei Communications dba phone-on-hold
