I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. SINCE I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER I LET IT GO TO VOICEMAIL. THEY HANG UP ON THE VOICEMAIL. WAIT! HOLD ON! THEY ARE CALLING NOW AS I SPEAK......THEY WON;T IDENTIFY THE COMPANY.'i TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALL LIST! (NO PROBLEM)
I got several calls the last few days. One day they started leaving a voicemail. It was just a lot of background noise, then about 10 seconds in someone shouted my name out. Whenever I would answer... just to get my name off their lists... they would just hang up. I finally called them back just now and their automated system didn't even identify who they were. It literally just said, 'Thank you for calling the Customer Service department. To place and order, press 1. Do have your number placed on our Do Not Call list, press 2.' I pressed 2 and it said they have now unsubscribed me. Who knows if that will work. All I know is that the call came from New Jersey according to my caller ID.
Thank you, I followed your instructions and it worked. I guess all this happened when I got an insurance quote for my car. Since than I have this problem.
