I received a call from this number in the evening. They did not leave a voicemail. Each time I called it back, the call was immediately disconnected, before it would even ring.

Received a call from this number on my cell, unusual because I don't tend to get unsolicited calls on my cell. Rang once, hung up. No voicemail, did not call back either.

Same thing with me. Rang my cell twice and left no message.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone at 9:04 AM, Tuesday March 31. Rang twice and hung up. No message. Must be a scam of sorts.
