Called cell no message left

Called back and got  a pre recorded message from Reward Redemption stating I was eligible for $100 gift card ....that's when I hung up

1 ring = A-holes = now blocked

I am on the do not call registry and yet this number calls,  and when answered there is a hang up

I get then quite often. 1 ring and hangs up. Annoying.
