They call me every day and the phone only rings twice. My caller ID reads "Prevention". Don't know why they bother to call when they only let it ring twice, but it wouldn't help them anyway. I am not answering their calls. I already refused to renew through the mail.

Their main inbound toll-free number is 1-800-913-3331 and their CEO is Arthur Conway.. . www.dialamerica.com. DialAmerica is one of the largest telemarkters used by publishers to renew current, expiring or long-dead subscriptions. Prevention magazine, published by Rodale, contends it had no knowledge of the nasty DialAmerica telenuisancer who called me, failed to clearly identify himself or the exact intent of his call, then rudly hung up. Although Prevention magazine claims no awareness of how subscribers may be mistreated, it does confirm that DialAmerica is one of its "agencies". Let Prevention/Rodale and DialAmerica know through their websites and/or customer service numbers just how outraged you are! I did and have asked them to demand that annoying, rude callers be terminated and the calls stopped.
Called 4 times, all very early morning and dinner calls. From Prevention magazine, which I receive BUT NEVER subscribed to. It goes straight in the trash from the mail box. Told them we are on the national Do Not Call List, and to add us to THEIR do not call list and the phone calls continue to come in.
