Have had calls from this number many times, but have Caller ID, so do not answer the phone. They do not leave a message. They should be sued for disturbing people almost every day and sometimes more than once a day.
Got a call from this number. I hit the answer button on the phone, then hung up..... I then got a call from 417-967-9988 right afterward on my cell. That's a number that's been reported here too....
Have been getting calls for almost three months, usually once a day. Never answer. Never a message. Finally got curious, called back early in the morning from another phone than any of mine. Got a recorded message. "We are trying to reach you concerning a magazine subscription from our Affinity Group magazines. We will try again in a few days". Definite New Jersey accent. And then it hung up. I have no subscriptions from Affinity Group.
Suspect this is a general reseller company. The reports of other owned lines ringing immediately after pickup are disturbing, though. Phone number harvesting software?
