Anybody know who this is?

Call received 5:06PM Jan.9/2008. No one was on the line when we answered. ID showed NEW JERSEY.

Call received 2:06PM Jan.9, 2008. No message was left. Caller ID showed "East Hill."

Called the number back, got an automated opt-out service asking you to enter your phone number to be remove from the list. Did that, now I just hope it will work. Reverse number look up returned
