I am fed up with soliciting phone calls better known as Telemarketing. I think maybe if we all would not answer any unrecognized phone numbers, especially those that are shown as "Unknown" in caller ID window, they hopefully would get the idea that we do not want them calling. Being registered with the federal Trade commission as a "Do not call listed phone number" has no effect on unwanted calls or at least very little. Until the FTC enforces a huge fine or jail sentencing on Telemarketing abusers, they will not stop their constant calling. I urge you to contact your senator and let them know you are tired of these unnecessary daily interruptions in your life. Time we fight back and stop this stupidity !
Bank of America is one of the most abrasive, aggressive and biggest offender of collection harassment of any company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They will call you from three to a dozen times a day from as many as 6 different locations or states should you become late on credit card payments. Because of that fact alone, not even considering other types of abuse my wife and I have experienced at the hands of Band of America, we have sworn never to do business with Bank America ever again.
