I told the woman to stop calling me and I was going to put her in jail. I don't think English is her primary language but I think I put a scare into her. I am going to report these scumbags to the FTC again.
We have also received several calls over the last few days from this number so I did answer this morning. They asked for my husband so I gave him the phone. The gal on the other end said that she was from the credit card company and because we were long time loyal customers they wanted to send us a $25 Walmart card plus a 50% discount coupon and that they would only charge us a dollar. My husband told them that he was not interested and hung up the phone. Interestingly enough the last four digits of the card that she gave him is actually our debit card so we will be watching our account very closely. Hopefully they only have the last four digits. I too called them back five times in a row and was told that I had reached the marketing department, all agents were busy and to leave my name, address and telephone number and they would get back to me, which I did not do.
Telling me that I have been a good customer and wants my address to send free stuff to us. But it has happened over ten times now and it is harrassment
They called and I answered after seing another blog page with BS information about this number. She (but sounded like a he..with a heavy accent) said her name was Nicole Alvarez, and was calling on behalf of my VISA number ending in **** (4 random numbers) I said what company are you with she said again my name is Nicole Alvarez and i am calling about your VISA I said I do not have a VISA ending in those numbers. She said what are your numbers then? I said my card number and my phone number are none of your business, I am on the Do Not call list..she (he) hung up.
Call came into my cell number while I was at work. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. Caller did not leave a message. I want this to stop, what do I do?
My card is not a Visa card, how she got it I don't know, but I don't like it. She called a second time. This is my private bank card, NO ONE should have it but me. STOP CALLING ME
