Unknown pre-recorded "you have been pre-qualified" message (home equity loan). We get these things all the time even though we live in a mobile home!

These unauthorized prerecorded telemarketing calls violate the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).  You can report these calls online to the FCC (which enforces the TCPA).  Here's the link to file a complaint: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
