I have not used any services associated with Quicken and do not have any type of mortgage and from the various responses here I would say this is obviously some sort of scam call. My mobile number is on the do not call registry. They call my mobile twice daily every morning and every evening 7 days a week. This has been going on for close to six months, although the number has changed every month or two. I find it harassing. They should be fined.
