I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. This number has called me almost every day...the call would ring 2 times then stop, but they don't leave any messages.
Received call on my mobile but did not pick up since I do not pick up unknown numbers. I called from a different phone. I asked who it was, they said "Carepoint". I asked, "What is Carepoint?", at which the operator said, "It's customer service, I need your number to verify you". I responded with, "Before I give any info, what is Carepoint?", at which her response was, "I can not provide additional information until I verify you". My response was, "If no additional information is provided to me, then I too will not provide my personal information". She then hung up.
Received a call on 1/18, 19, 20, 23,24,25,26 no message left on my phone. When I finally answered they said it was about a $10 copay from a Dr and they wanted a payment on the phone right then. I refused and said I would make payment in mail. I found the bill and it was the first one they sent. The statement date was 1/16/17 and the first call was on 1/18/17 just 2 days later.
