I have received multiple calls from this number and attempted to call back as well and received a "not a valid number message"
Most likely this is the scum of the earth JDB (Junk Debt Buyer) organization who, even if you have paid your debts off or have had them charged off, want to receive a 93% profit on your debt (they purchased it for 7 cents or less on the dollar), because they will NEVER credit you for attempting to make good on a debt. Do not give into this scum. They will fold in court because they know they have zero and if the court agrees then legitimate companies would pounce on the idea of 93% profit with no work or justification or anything - prey on the poor. I keep getting calls from this company but no one says anything when I answer. I tried calling it back and got a voice recording saying that I would be connected with a representative. Then the call was disconnected.
