This one is unusual. The caller's ID says "Martin Phyllis". The number looks "local" around here.
And yet, the person on the other end of the line introduces herself as "Hello, this is Rachel from Card Holder Services".... And the line gets cut off from there.
It's a landline phone based somewhere around Oradell, NJ. If probed further, one could probably find the address of this person.
Stolen phone number used by a spammer/scammer? But, scammers wouldn't use a landline, would they? :D Scammer based out of their own house? Awww, geeze! Get a job! You get money that way!
