"CALL" is displayed on caller ID.
When calling back a prerecorded message states that the mailbox is full.
When dialing a single zero it requests a mailbox number (4 digits determined by when message indicates error)
When dialing in a series of zero's a prerecorded message states that it cannot determine password.
Supposedly is located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
Its exchange 266 is managed by BROADWING COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.
The number is currently on switch number NYCMNYQODS1.

I've left this message before, this is not a solicitor, this is a company hired by the solicitor to determine what time of day you are home the most. What happens is this company calls you at a certain time, there is nobody on the other end of this call, if you pick up it will time stamp it. This will go on for a couple of days, if you keep picking up the phone it will determine what time of day you are home the most, once they have established that time, that is when the solicitors will take over and start calling you at that established time. I have gotten three calls a day from this "call" ID for the past 4 days. Best advice don't pick up, I hate these calls just as much as you do, and I'm not even here
