Yes, this is one of MANY phone numbers WaMu uses (they call from WA, AZ, GA, NV & the list goes on). The part that is odd is that they don't respond when I have had the ability to answer any their calls. All because they will not consider payment arrangements we have attempted to make with them. I am going to just start turning my ringer off.
I just dropped the new account I just opened and going to transfer the balance I had because their system rejected my payment. I'll put it back with Capital One at least they know how to treat their customers!!!
Well I picked up the call, they don't even speak english!!!
I requested to speak to someone else and I was tranferred to another lady who told me they are located in India, and yes it was from Wamu... I am sure I'm gonna close my account with them because I don't even understand their language... Somebody please advice me where to transfer my balance!!!!
repeated calls with no message - in my opinion if it is a legitimate call a message would be left. I don't answer calls that I don't know who the caller is....ever..
